Synopsis

Tapas are the essence of Spain's typical little bars, and once a year, during the world championship, Valladolid becomes the capital of this national gastronomic emblem.

The rules are strict in this competition like no other, where chefs come from all over the world: the maximum cost of ingredients is limited, the result must be eaten in one or two bites, the products must be fresh, and the recipe must, of course, be original.
