Synopsis

Aboard a helicopter, biologist Franck Richard spots some unusual trees, such as the Mauricio pine, which grows at altitude, in the wind and cold, almost right on the rock. Their adaptation and longevity are one of life's mysteries.

At the wheel of their vintage car, José Andreani and Jean-Paul Naddeo set off on the road of the famous Corsican rally to prepare for the historic Tour of Corsica.

Raphaël d'Ortoli has lived in Sartène all his life. He is passionate about "Egyptian houses", the beautiful residences built by emigrant families in the 19th century.
